Operations Lead. Co-founder.

I turn early-stage chaos into systems that actually work.

I'm an operations specialist with over a decade in tech and startups, and a co-founder of Kindy, a Montessori-inspired children's brand built from scratch. I'm drawn to the beginning of things: the messy, undefined stage where everything needs to be figured out and every decision matters.

My work sits at the intersection of structure and creativity, building the infrastructure that lets ambitious ideas grow without breaking. I care deeply about the work being purposeful, not just efficient.

Experience

2024 - now

Operations Director & Co-founder / Kindy

Kindy is a children's brand on a mission to raise capable, confident kids - one everyday moment at a time.

Built Kindy from the ground up, a Montessori-inspired children's brand creating home essentials that turn everyday routines into learning moments for toddlers and preschoolers. As co-founder and ops lead, I own the full operating stack: supplier relationships, product development, fulfillment logistics, and the systems that keep a lean, fast-moving brand running.

Kindy sits at the intersection of conscious parenting, early childhood development, and purposeful product design. My role is equal parts builder and operator: validating the market, shaping the brand, launching product lines, and building the infrastructure to grow without breaking.

The kind of work where you wear every hat before you can hand them off, and I've learned to love both the chaos and the clarity that comes from building something real.

📌 Building core operational systems

Built the operational foundation from scratch: cash flow tracking, inventory management, customer support, shipping logistics, and vendor coordination. Everything needed to run a consumer brand from day one.

📌 Customer service management

Set up the full customer service operation on Shopify, including processes for inquiries, returns, and refunds. Focused on making every interaction feel smooth and considered.

📌 Shipping and logistics

Streamlined shipping processes by selecting reliable carriers, negotiating competitive rates, and ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.

📌 Inventory & budget planning

Track inventory and cash flow in sync, planning order schedules around what the business can carry. Keeping things lean without running out.
